1. Trial Period Refunds: users who have opted for the trial period at a fee of $1 have the right to request a refund of this amount at any time during the trial period. Furthermore, you may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without incurring any additional charges.

Refund requests for the trial period can be made up to 30 days after the $1 trial fee has been charged. Refund requests beyond this 30-day period will not be processed.

2. Subscription Billing and Refunds: MindFix subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis after the trial period. Prior to each subscription billing, users will receive a notification via email outlining the upcoming charge. This notification will provide details of the amount and the date of the transaction.

In the event that a user forgets to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle, they may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction. Any requests made after the 48-hour window following the transaction will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund: to initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@mindfiix.com. Include the following information in your request:

● Full name

● Registered email address

● The date of the transaction for which you are requesting a refund

●  Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time frame, typically within 5-7 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Subscription Cancellation: users may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be applied; however, the user will retain access to the service for the remainder of the current billing period.

5. Dispute Resolution: In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding charges or refunds, users are encouraged to reach out to us directly at info@mindfiix.com. We are committed to addressing any concerns in a timely and fair manner.

6. Final Provisions: MindFix reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users are advised to review the policy periodically.
